How will the winner be determined?
The judging process will take into account a number of factors, including the magnitude of the reduction in no-show rates, the time it takes to achieve that reduction, and the sustainability of the decreased no-show rate once it is achieved.
Is the $75 incentive budget per patient a requirement?
Not at all, you can also choose non-monetary incentives such as preferred appointment slots or a desirable packing spot for your patients. In addition, you can use raffle and other probability-based prizes to stretch a budget. You get to decide what’s most attractive to your patient population.
